1. About SnapLoop

SnapLoop helps people participating in the same Event find eligible photos of themselves from participating phones.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your SnapLoop account and for keeping access to your phone and account secure. Information you provide should be accurate, and Face Setup must use your own face.

3. Events and photo sharing

Event members decide whether to participate and whether their phones contribute eligible photos.

If you make a photo available through SnapLoop, you are responsible for having the right or permission needed to do so. SnapLoop does not give you ownership of somebody else's photo.

4. Face Match

Face Match is an automated photo-matching feature and is not an identity-verification service.

Photo quality, lighting, pose, obstruction, and similarity between people can affect matching. SnapLoop may pause or reject a match when it cannot make a sufficiently confident decision.

5. Your photos and other content

You keep the rights you already have in your photos and other content. You allow SnapLoop to process, store, and deliver that content only as needed to provide and protect the service.

6. Things you cannot use SnapLoop for

• breaking the law;
• harassing, stalking, intimidating, or secretly surveilling someone;
• pretending to be another person;
• creating Face Setup using another person's face;
• sharing content you do not have the right to share;
• harming or exploiting children;
• attacking, bypassing, or interfering with SnapLoop security; or
• using SnapLoop in a way that harms other users or the service.

7. SnapLoop is not a photo backup service

Do not rely on SnapLoop as your only copy of important photos. Keep your own originals and backups.

8. Service availability

SnapLoop may occasionally be unavailable because of device, network, platform, service-provider, maintenance, security, or operational issues. Features may also change over time.

9. If something goes wrong

SnapLoop cannot promise that the service will always be available, error-free, or that every photo will be found or matched correctly. Keep your own copies of important photos.

SnapLoop is not responsible for losses caused by relying on SnapLoop as a backup service, missed or incorrect Face Match results, third-party outages, or misuse of the service.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights or protections that cannot be limited.

10. Account restrictions

SnapLoop may restrict or close an account because of serious misuse, fraud, security risk, or repeated violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

SnapLoop may update these Terms as the service changes. This page will show the latest update date.
